Our flasks provide the longest lasting insulation available, period! The interior of the flask is a vacuum glass refill that is internally silver plated and then vacuum sealed. The result is an insulating container that retains the temperature of liquids, be they hot or cold, for far far longer then any metal or plastic jugs, thermoses, and bottles.
The inside of the flask is pure glass which means that the liquids are stored in the only environment that is guaranteed not to leak any dangerous toxins and chemicals. Look it up yourself…plastic and metal containers are inherently dangerous, whereas glass is the only truly safe material to use when it comes to storing liquids.
Functionality does not have to come at the expense of form. Our range of flasks looks fabulous in any setting and is available in a range of bright and vibrant colours. Additional customisations such as banners/logos/names can also be added in order to personalise the flask range for corporate/wedding gifting and so on.

Vision
Traditionally, vacuum flasks were only found in Western households. However, there is no place in the world that NEEDS vacuum flasks more than India. As a country that sees extremes in weather conditions, keeping water cold while also keeping chai and coffee hot is a function that is simply invaluable. Today, with the rise of the India economy, we believe that every household deserves to have a range of vacuum flasks for every occasion. Our vision is to put a vacuum flasks in each and every single household in the next 10 years.
History
Kunj Glass was set up in 1987 by Mr. Rahul Agarwal as a joint financial and technical venture with a respected German company, namely ‘Gezi Taunus Glas GmbH’. Mr. Agarwal’s forebears have been in the glass business for over 70 years in India, and are the business family that set up and ran the renowned companies, Dholpur Glass Works and JG Vacuum.

Rahul Agarwal
(Managing Director)
Rahul Agarwal is a 3rd generation glass manufacturer. He completed his degree in Glass And Ceramic Engineering from the world renowned Alfred University in New York state in America. His attributes his passion for setting the highest quality of manufacturing standards to his father, Mr.Jagdish Prasad Agarwal, who was a leading glass technologist and one of the pioneers of the glass industry in India. Through his work ethic and values, he has cultivated long lasting business partnerships with some of Europe’s most respected companies that deal in F&B products.
Manjusha Kotwal
(Exports Chief)
Manjusha Kotwal was one of the first employees of Kunj Glass and has been with the company for over 30 years. Today, she heads the exports division of the company and has a keen understanding of the unique requirements of doing business with European and Asian partners.
Ram Chandashive
(Operations Chief)
Ram Chandashive joined Kunj Glass close to a decade ago as a chartered accountant who had just completed his degree. After a short stint at Kunj Glass in the accounts department, he quickly realised that this was the sort of company that he could dedicate his life to, as the company’s values aligned with his his own dreams and ambitions. He quickly rose through the ranks and now oversees the account department as well as the day-to-day operations of all the manufacturing facilities.
